The Agile Web Business Analyst works as part of the Digital delivery team to facilitate clear and open communication between business stakeholders, developers, end-users, QA, UI/UX designers, digital web analysts and the product owner.
This role will contribute towards the optimizations, enhancements and future development of B2C web properties during each Sprint cycle.
This team member will provide strategic recommendations and map business requirements and solutions ensuring the digital pod meets scheduled updates and goals.
Business oriented, thinking continuously about what can be done to improve not only the web properties but evolving the delivery process.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze and document business requirements and transfer knowledge to the development team through effective user stories with acceptance criteria and story points
  • Groom the project backlogs with the required business value and build a quarterly sprint roadmap
  • Support the product owner (PO) with decision making by deep-diving on problems and providing options on ways to progress the web product evolution
  • Working closely with the product owner for optimization opportunities to the web properties to increase user engagement and conversion.
  • Work with UI/UX team members to obtain solutions for best user-experience
  • Assist the PO with managing and maintaining the collective projects and enhancements around existing platforms including A/B testing and website content publishing
  • Monitoring sprint progress, tracking action items, researching and resolving issues, escalating issues to appropriate team members
  • Work cross functionally with IT, Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, Analytics, UX/UI, Vendor support groups, POS team, end-users and Business Owners
  • Evaluate incoming customer feedback and working with the team to triage accordingly
  • Participate and/or facilitate in relevant agile ceremonies:
    Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Release Planning, Showcases / Sprint Review, Retrospective

Qualifications

  • 3
    years of experience working as an agile business analyst supporting ecommerce site(s).
  • Proficient in JIRA
  • Confluence experience recommended
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, including taking initiative, providing regular updates on your work, seeking and providing support as required
  • Demonstrated functional and conceptual understanding of technical matters, as well as the proven ability to quickly learn new technical applications
  • Demonstrated ability in creatively solve problems and try new approaches to achieve business goals, leveraging a strong analytical mindset
  • Proficient with MS Office

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
