Accounts Payable Assistant
Kelly Services is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Assistant in Lake Forest, IL.
Compensation:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will collect and scan paper invoices including rebate/refund checks. Process and maintain Outlook mailbox which houses the electronic invoices. Log / track the invoice in an Excel spreadsheet and route to the correct individual for processing in a timely manner.
You will also research payment status, finding missing invoices, reaching out to vendors regarding statements or invoice process.
