Scope and Magnitude:
Customer service for approximately 15 outside sale (domestic, trade & export) customers.
Responsible for daily spreadsheets updating order placements and invoicing for outside markets.
Responsible for entering rail claims on Rail Road website for outside customers.
Assisting the Senior Export Associate with various daily responsibilities.
Essential Functions / Duties &
Responsibilities:
Manage assigned accounts; specifically provide forecasts of monthly placements, and advise of potential new opportunities for additional sales.
Follow up on credit issues with Controller to ensure timely order placements.
Process incoming customer orders, confirm ship dates and enter orders into the block scheduling system.
Answer daily customer inquiries and develop individual relationships with the key customer contact at each outside sales location. Assist in developing strategies for high profile customers (approach and involvement on sensitive issues).
Work closely with team members, mill schedulers and transportation team.
Handle customer quality complaints - entry and follow up.
Skills:
Excel (must have the ability to create spreadsheets with calculation fields),
Microsoft Word, knowledge of the AS400 is a plus. Must have excellent analytical and communication skills. Must be highly organized and able to meet very specific deadlines for demanding customers. Must be proactive and a self starter.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
