EHS Admin Coordinator

Responsibilities include:
Coordinating and generating all relevant EHS reports as requested by the EHS Group and various stake holders.
Working closely with the IT Group to manage all electronic EHS database systems.
Assisting in the coordination and communication of risk management, workers compensation, and other EHS related activities with the corrugated plants and the primary mills.
Working with the Workers Compensation Manager to closely monitor claims and ensure timely resolution and claim closures.
Assisting the Product Stewardship Manager in managing the Safety Data Sheets electronic system.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business
2+ years of experience working with database systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Knowledge-Skills-Abilities
Strong analytical aptitude for analysis and interpretation of statistical data
Ability to communicate quickly and effectively across organizational boundaries in an industrial manufacturing environment
Complex problem solving
Keen interpersonal skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
