he HRIS Analyst serves as a primary liaison for internal departments and external vendors in the coordination of data/information relating to company associates. Responsible for numerous data interfaces as well as summary and ad hoc reporting. Will work in tandem with the Payroll Area to ensure overall accuracy and integrity of the employee data within the Ceridian system. This is performed by reviewing system reports, keeping abreast of company changes that may impact the data, acting on data/system errors to correct the information, and providing guidance/training/resources to associates involved in the data entry process. Responsible for the database creation and maintenance for the annual merit review and bonus recommendation process for the salaried workforce and other duties as assigned.
Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or computer science.

years previous work experience in human resources information systems (HRIS) and relational database reporting. Ability to create custom reports within the system.
Strong working knowledge of PC applications including an intermediate understanding of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Candidate should possess expert level skills with Access and have the ability to create relational databases and easily transfer data into various formats such as Text, Word, Excel, and Access files.
Knowledge and intermediate experience with SQL. (Ability to write out a SQL statement for our mass editor tool for extracting data from our HRIS system. Will also need to know SQL for our report writing tools - Crystal Reports and Access).

Previous system and reporting experience with Ceridian

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
