Head Mens Soccer Coach

Lake Forest College is accepting applications for the position of Head Men's Soccer Coach. This is a full-time, non-tenure track faculty appointment with benefits. The chosen candidate will work as a member of the Forester athletic department "team" and support the mission and goals of the department and the College.
This position, under the supervision of the Director of Athletics, will provide opportunities and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, coaching, recruiting and retaining qualified student-athletes, alumni and community outreach, budget management, contest scheduling, and other administrative and/or coaching duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree and previous collegiate coaching and recruiting experience preferred. An ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong commitment to working in intercollegiate athletics and to the principles that guide Division III athletics. Successful candidates will demonstrate the potential for collaborative leadership, a high degree of personal initiative, and a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusiveness. Candidates must have the ability to relate effectively to current and prospective student-athletes, exhibit strong time management and organizational skills, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as knowledge of NCAA and Midwest Conference rules and regulations.
Additional Salary Information: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
