Position Description
Primary Function:
The Sr Mgr, Sales Coverage is responsible & accountable in managing and planning existing sales force models. He/ she will also be responsible for championing new innovative opportunities and applying the related parameters accordingly. Therefore, he/ she will conduct business case due-diligence on planning and innovative strategies as well as work with cross-functional business partners on financial basis, risk assessments, and present operational plans written and/or oral to Executive Leadership Team.
? Identifies coverage opportunities that enable targeted revenue growth.
? Assesses current sales coverage investments and makes recommendations for improvements.
? Defines potential investment opportunities that support our over all sales coverage strategy.
? Leverage deep understanding of current sales force strategy to proactively evaluate current coverage models and assess potential opportunities.
? Design, develop and execute coverage pilots to improve and/or expand existing models effectiveness and customer reach.
? Lead project teams without direct authority in a cross-functional environment.
? Develop and manage processes for tracking, planning and executing projects in accordance with best practices.
? Project documentation, time lines and milestones ensures achievement of project goals through completion of deliverables that meet stakeholder success criteria.
? Establish and maintain relationships with key business partners.
? Represent Grainger Brand at stakeholder meetings.
? Act as vendor manager for outsourced project work and on going services provided to the Sales Investment team.
? Communicate relevant updates, oral and written to leadership teams, cross functional business partners and Grainger Executives
? Assesses sales coverage models and identify opportunities for improving investment reach and productivity.
? Works cross functionally with Segment team and Field Leadership to develop sales coverage plans.
? Coordinates cross functionally with key business partners to deploy and evaluate test pilots
Position Requirements
? Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred.
? Strong strategic planning and innovative thinking.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
