Job Description:
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
Certified Scrum Master
Excellent communication skills is a must
Experience with SD modules of SAP is preferred
Experience with JIRA is preferred
Experience with interfaces (Messages, Idocs, WebServices, Flatfiles, FTP, other) a plus
Roles and responsibility:
As a servant/leader, must be able to gain respect from his/her team as a team player and as a leader
Must be able to facilitate and communicate effectively with teams (technical, non-technical) and all layers of management
Must be able to ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and practices are applied
Must be alert and quick to notice differences and issues as they arise and handle them
Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, high-energy, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Commitment to continuous improvement of Agile and scrum practices
Must be able to resolve conflicts, facilitate discussion and facilitate alternatives or different approaches
Must be able to lead a team to self-organization
Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings
Track and communicate team velocity, sprint/release progress
Understand backlog tracking and story creation/grooming
Ensures that product demonstration meetings will be successful
Assist with backlog maintenance
Assist with prioritization and resolution of defects/bugs
Assist team with making commitments through user story selection and estimates split into tasks
Identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detailEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
