We are searching for a Senior Financial Analyst - Supply Chain to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL. Your Role:
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager - Supply Chain, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for planning/forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and inventory reconciliation. The Senior Financial Analyst - Supply Chain is responsible for financial planning/forecasting, month end close for Logistics. Analyze and reconcile the inventory data between Reynolds Consumer Products (RCP) and 3rd Party Warehouses (3PLs). Ensure RCP inventory is in sync with 3PLs system. Investigate/research discrepancies and/or errors and provide corrective actions/solutions. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace. You will have the opportunity to:
Be responsible for Planning/Forecasting. Conduct month-end close, analysis, and reporting. Analyze and reconcile inventory with RCP 3PLs. Proactively research and determine corrective action for inventory errors/variances. Monitor 3PLs Interfaces (i.e., cycle count, inventory movements, customer returns, etc.). Participate in special projects. Ad-hoc analysis. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. Familiar with ERP systems (i.e., SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, other ERP systems). Experience in data, operational, and financial analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented and organized. Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Work to continually improve processes and performance to drive results. Icing on the cake:
