Responsibilities:
This job is best fit for someone who can interact with a lot of guests each day, under pressure and in a fast paced environment It requires you to be able to stay calm, serve guests efficiently while sharing your broad knowledge on all the food and beverage items on our menu.
Prepare and operate juicing & cooking equipment safely and efficiently to produce high-quality menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Kind-hearted and great with customers.
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Ability to provide the highest level of customer service at all times.
Ability to problem-solve, think critically and be adaptable to dynamic situations.
Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables as needed, ensuring freshness and quality in production.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper sanitization of equipment and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
Prepare and operate cooking equipment safely and efficiently to produce high-quality menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, providing information about ingredients, health benefits, and product offerings.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when replenishment is needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and contribute ideas for menu innovation and customer experience enhancement.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a food service or beverage preparation role preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Passion for health, wellness, and natural foods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
Attention to detail and adherence to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 60 lbs.
Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures/
