Are you looking to build a strong career and make a positive impact? Then we have an opportunity for you! We are searching for a Finance Analyst to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.
Your Role:
As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenues, and obligations incurred to project future revenues and expenses.
This role will research and analyze financial information, business performance and market conditions, create forecasts, write reports, and monitor financial movements to assist management in making sound financial decisions.

You will have the opportunity to:
Planning/forecasting and month end analysis & reporting.
Trade and A&P reporting.
SG&A reporting and variance analysis.
Standard cost analysis and ops reporting.
Support BU initiatives, including Customer Profitability analysis, segment reporting, and process improvements.
Support special projects and ad hoc reporting as required.
Ultimately, you will be a very important member of our Finance team and will make an impact on our company by helping us plan for the future and by advising management on how to allocate our resources.

BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance.

years of work experience in FP&A or Analysis Roles.
Proficient in MS Office with high proficiency in Excel.
Proficient in SAP or other ERP software.
Proficient in Hyperion and BEX or other data warehouse tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.
Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers.
Strong analytical skills as well as organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to effectively communicate technical information verbally as well as in written formats.
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematically.
Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.
Icing on the cake:
MBA or other advanced degree.
CPA certification.
CPG and/or manufacturing industry experience.
SAP experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
