Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive intake calls with new patients/incoming clients to assess their needs and match them with the most suitable provider based on clinical fit.
Collaborate with the insurance department to verify new patient insurance benefits.
Provide support to providers with matters of scheduling, technology, and coordinating patient care.
Assist active patients with billing, scheduling, and technology matters.
Manage an inventory of active patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Support the maintenance of office supplies and maintain an office environment conducive to patient care.
Facilitate billing procedures, including the timely processing of Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and incoming payments.
Analyze data to generate referral reports.
Participate in meetings with local behavioral health organizations as part of clinical outreach efforts.
Assist in the onboarding of new providers by informing them of the practice's intake protocols and operational standards.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service.
Ability to multitask and navigate several projects at once.
Organized with proficiency in organization methods such as spreadsheets.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving demands.
Comfortable navigating different personalities and adjusting accordingly.
