Dental office seeking a friendly, reliable and motivated front desk receptionist/office manager to help our practice grow! Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the practice Promote a professional image of the office at all times and be knowledgeable about the services it provides Answering phone calls, texts, and emails from patients in a professional manner Check in patients according to office protocol, verifying and updating patient information Appropriately schedule appointments Verifying dental benefits Submitting dental claims Organizing supporting materials for claims forms, such as radiographs or written narratives Prepare financial treatment plans and present plan options to patients Collecting payment from patients at time of treatment Manage recall and inactive patient system Maintain and accurately file records and update information for patients See that records are stored securely and handled in compliance with HIPAA privacy and security regulations Submit treatment plans for predeterminations of benefits Candidates with previous dental experience and knowledge of Dentrix software system is a bonus.
Office hours will start part time but hope to grow quickly to full time! Job Types:
