Position Overview:
Our Enterprise Project Management Office is currently looking for a Project Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for the successful execution of concurrent small to mid-sized projects. This involves all facets of project leadership and delivery, including:
planning, delivery (process, risk and change management), relationship management, team leadership, and governance compliance. Partner with business sponsors/key stakeholders to confirm project success criteria, leverage resources, manage change and mitigate/manage project risk throughout project life cycle. This position will be entirely virtual until our projected return to office date of January 3rd, 2022, at which time our associates will be working in a hybrid capacity of 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.
Responsibilities:
Project Management and Delivery Lead all aspects of the project life cycle in partnership with Portfolio Manager and project members/sponsors (budget, forecasting, resource management, milestone tracking and risk/issue mitigation plans) Partner with Portfolio Manager to on-board to assigned project (i.e., confirm detailed work plan, roles and governance requirements for project) and maintain ongoing project plan, health and integration Integrate change management and business process re-engineering methodologies and activities as appropriate Assess, monitor and mitigate/resolve priority project risks as they are encountered (i.e., execution risk, business risk, technology risk and people risk), escalating issues appropriately Develop and implement communication plans to actively engage and keep all stakeholders informed Governance and Compliance Maintain compliance and consistent execution of EPMO standards, governance and reporting requirements defined for each project Respond to customized requests to facilitate required project visibility and Portfolio quality audits Contribute to development and/or enhancement of governance standards and compliance People Leadership and Development Provide constructive performance feedback and recognition informally Anticipate and escalate performance gaps quickly to keep project on track Capitalize on personal talents, passions and experience in contributions Empower self to take calculated risks and execute responsibilities Reinforce and create opportunities to facilitate ongoing learning for self Identify and pursue opportunities for improvement and innovation, embracing change that is required Project and Professional Relationship Management Maintain highest standards of customer service and business professionalism Build and sustain positive relationships across projects and Project Delivery team, reinforcing a positive environment of collaboration and respect Act with integrity - treat others with respect, follow through on commitments, own mistakes and earn trust as a leader Utilize position and influential powers to engage others in support of project and Enterprise PMO success
Qualifications:
Strong intellectual curiosity Bachelor's degree and 4
years of related experience Solid project management background Experience successfully planning and managing strategic department/division-based programs/projects Strong leadership competence, with proven skills in managing change, critical thinking/reasoning Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence Proven communication skills; both written and verbal with technical and non-technical staff and all levels of management Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Visio Experience in Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint or similar PPM tool preferred Change Management and Business Process Reengineering experience/exposure preferred
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
