Position Overview:
Our IT team is growing and currently looking for a Director, Service Delivery. In this role you'll oversee and be accountable for key IT delivery functions and initiatives to meet business and user requirements. In partnership with leadership, you'll plan, execute and lead complex issues and objectives independently.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for IT service delivery outcomes to meet Trustmark business and user requirements. Meet or exceed SLA's within assigned areas of responsibility Plan and execute projects and initiatives to meet IT and business requirements Ensure aligning processes, documentation and controls are in place to support all service delivery and projects Executing communication to meet business and end user requirements Create and maintain key metrics and measures supporting area of responsibility Ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes. Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships within the business and IT Provide status, metrics and support to meet IT and business objectives Develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work and business goals. Provide support and/or solutions to support Trustmark business needs and improving end user experience Develop and deliver presentations supporting delivery, initiatives and projects Lead effective governance models supporting desired outcomes and contractual obligations Align partners with business requirements enabling optimization, solutions and improvement to end-user experience Drive lower cost solutions to meet business requirements Facilitate and foster partner/ Trustmark business relationships
Qualifications:
Strong intellectual curiosity Bachelor's degree in computer science or 7
years of equivalent experience in IT Service Delivery Management required. 5
years of direct experience managing technical services delivery required. ITIL foundations certified and must have in depth knowledge and understanding of ITIL best practices required. IT consulting or Service Provider experience is necessary to ensure technical services are delivered by the IT organization required. 3
years' experience in managing and leading end user services including service desk, desk side support and other client delivery service Must be an organized, self-starter and results oriented person. Must be capable of adapting to change and driving change in the organization. Must be capable of coordinating service on evenings and weekends when client needs dictate. Strong problem solving skills, ability to determine root causes and provide direction on corrective action. Project management skills and experience with managing simple to complex efforts. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to influence both internally and externally. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence differing and diverse audiences. Must possess decisive leadership, and the ability to exercise excellent judgment and decision making skills in the heat of the moment. Strong skills to identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities; utilize systems to correlate events with disruptions to business services. Experienced in Managed Service delivery preferred.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
