Our Voluntary Benefits Product team is looking for a Product and Innovation Lead. In this position you will lead the design, development and launch of new products and services, rooted in consumer insights, which help protect our customers when unexpected events occur in their lives. You will ensures products are attractive for brokers to sell and compelling for employers to offer to employees. You and will also be accountable for managing specific products as assigned within the Product and Innovation team. Key Accountabilities:
Product Development Leads all facets of the product development process including research, product design, documentation of product requirements, cost benefit analysis and implementation. Leads primary and secondary market research to obtain voice of customer, as appropriate, to inform product design and value proposition. Leads stakeholder and risk analysis on key issues pertaining to the products being developed including internal and external resource capabilities needed to deliver and support products in market. Establishes budgets, operational plans and performance metrics for products under development. Product Implementation Develops training materials and trains associates on new products. Collaboratively works with underwriting, sales and marketing teams to competitively position new products and build awareness of new products with producers. Creates product comparisons and executive summaries to support product analysis and decision making. Product Management Collaboratively works with product management to identify and develop product solutions to address market challenges and capitalize on opportunities within existing product portfolio. Requirements:
Bachelor degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, General Business or Management is highly desired. Knowledge and expertise in new product development and launch - 5
years required. Broad experience with product development and product management required. Proven ability to develop and/or revise business tactics to support changing strategies and direction required. Ability to analyze and interpret challenging concepts and the ability to solve complex problems required. Ability to provide direction and guidance in leading and collaborating across boundaries to implement decisions or initiatives in an integrated manner. Must have ability to collaborate effectively and to work with people at all levels within the company required. Must be a team player and have the ability to influence team members without direct authority by reaching consensus in order to facilitate moving projects forward required. Must be innovative and creative in looking for ways to improve current processes required. Must be of unquestioned integrity, ethical and moral character required. Strong verbal and written communication, people and leadership skills required. Voluntary/Worksite marketplace experience preferred Expertise in leading research projects and synthesizing consumer insights preferred. Experience implementing technology-based products is highly desirable preferred.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & Management, Marketing Research & AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
